Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services: "Snippet" Mini-Lessons

To take advanatge of the power and dynamism of storytelling and the popular fascination with superheroes, I was tasked with constructing a comic book-inspired theme.

Into this I used Adobe Illustrator to create the vector-based character, "RDS Superstar" and the RDS Center headquarters. The character's exploits related the learning content to users based upon situations reported at CMS RDS Center Help Line and input from the RDS Community Information Group.Audio was edited using Audacity.

Three lessons were created, all of which were fully Section 508-compliant.
